This is a maintenance plan, covering a wide range of services to get the most out of your website, it doesn't include additions and changes to your site layout or content.

What is a Content Delivery Network (CDN)?
The main purpose of a Content Delivery Network (CDN) is to copy your website to various locations around the world.
Then, when someone visits your website, the CDN determines their location and services your pages from the closest available copy, giving your visitors a fast and seamless experience, regardless of where they are in the world.
What is a Firewall?
A firewall is a security tool that monitors and controls incoming and outgoing traffic to your website.
It protects your website from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
What Cloud Backup systems do you use?
Depending on your choice, we use DropBox and/or Google Drive to safely and securely store your backups.
Is Site Speed Really That Important?
Imagine you were to search Google to buy a product. You checked a few links with similar presentation, yet one site loaded immediately and the other just sat there loading and loading...which site would you likely choose to buy from?

Do you offer 100% virus / malware protection?
We'd love to say YES to this, but that would be a lie. No protection system is 100% secure, don't let anyone else tell you different. What I can say with certainty is in the many years we've been providing clients with protection, no one has has their site hacked under our watch.
What does server optimisation mean?
With many servers, be it a VPS, Cloud or Dedicated server, the onus is on you to keep it up to date, not the host.
Over time, server software updates and patches are released to add new features, increase security or speed things up. If you don't keep on top of this then you're looking at eventual security issues, slower websites and less flexibility with your setup. We ensure your server is kept up to date, along with fine tuning your web server, database and software (php) to keep things fast and secure.
What is the web host concierge service?
Having to speak to your host about technical questions, issues, upgrades etc. can be confusing, stressful and sometimes lead to the wrong outcome. We will become the "middle man" and speak to them on your behalf for any issues you may be facing.
What is User Experience (UX) all about?
User Experience, or UX is the realm of "visitor happiness". You want your visitors to have an enjoyable experience on your site, it helps with trust between you both. The more trust, the higher the chance of capturing their email address or a sale from them. We will look at your existing UX and report back with any changes we feel necessary to improve this score.
Examples of UX would be mobile responsiveness, menu function, ease to find information etc.
