What Is The Refund Policy for Consultation Services?

The refund policy is determined on a client by client basis, details of which are contained within the contract agreed to and signed during service take on.

What Is The Refund Policy for Training Purchases?

I do my utmost to ensure any training, video or written is created with you in mind.
I pride myself in the high quality and easy to read format of my training packages and ensure that if you’re not happy with your purchase to rectify this via my support desk.
Before you do proceed with a refund, please send an email to support@paul-irvine.com and let me know what element of the training isn’t to your liking, I will do all I can to ensure the issue is rectified.

However, there are times when the purchase doesn’t suit your needs, in this case please read the following carefully:

Our refund policy lasts 60 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must follow the refund procedure laid out below:

  • Confirm that you have followed the training and have not received the desired result OR
  • Confirm that you purchased the training in error OR
  • Confirm the training program doesn’t meet your needs

Further, an email must be sent to support@paul-irvine.com explaining the reasons why a refund is sought along with proof of purchase (transaction ID number, receipt).

To complete your refund, a receipt or proof of purchase must be supplied.
